I’m having trouble paying for the program. What can I do?

It’s highly likely that the payment issue is down to your bank and card issuer—especially if it happens with other platforms as well. 

The most common one is that some card issuers restrict international payments, and you must authorize them. Please contact your issuing bank and notify them about the problem. 

We offer multiple payment methods to remedy some of the issues. If you have problems with international payments or other restrictions, try using PayPal.
