Can I take a break during the program?

Life can be unpredictable, and we might find ourselves stretched for time. If you need to take a break from the program and continue later, you can. 

But note that this option is only available for our monthly members. If you’ve purchased a monthly plan, you can unsubscribe at any time and then re-subscribe again when you’re ready. For instance, if you’re not available to study in August, just unsubscribe for that month and join us again in September. 

To unsubscribe: 

  1. Log in to the platform using your credentials. 
  2. Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen. 
  3. Choose “Billing Information” from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Navigate to “Billing. 
  5. Click on “Cancel Plan. 

Annual and quarterly members can’t take a break during the program. If you cancel your quarterly or annual subscription after the first 30 days, you won’t get a refund for the remaining period of your membership. Instead, you’ll still have access to the platform until it expires.
