wtf is "Number of Records"?

I would understand that smth might be mentioned in passing witout any explanation if it's explained further down the road. But you build on it!

I mean "multiply price by the number of records"? Is it the same price of each record? No, of course. Don't you think some explanation is needed?

Otherwise it's useless
