I didn't get it. How paste special allows us to copy them in other locations? I mean we already can copy them to other locations without past special can't we?

Hello,

With paste special we can choose whether to copy them as values only. Or perhaps use the formatting or formulas only. It allows you to choose what to copy. You don't need to copy the entire cell.
