vlookup vs index/match...

in Introduction to Excel / Index, Match, and Their Combination - The Perfect Substitute for Vlookup

hi,
the match column can be anywhere not only in flank position.
also Vlookup doesnt need to be the first column, the limitation is that it can only search to the left of its position.
