Duplicate meaning and is it an error in the entry ?

I'd like to understand why duplicate appears in these reports and what does it means, and if it's a repeated operation is it correct to remove them from the P&L report ?

Hi,
This is not an error. The reason we have duplicate information is that many of these accounts/entries are observed each year -> hence the so-called 'duplicate' information.
