Addin minus before sumif

Hi, I dont get why we add minus to our formula which FY16 amounts. amount is minus okay but when we add minus then positive numbers also changed minus
*Edit i get it that revenue can not minus but why our data have minus revenues? if can somone explain clearly i will be happy. thanks
