why sometime when we create the table we leave at the end Blank()))) and sometimes we don`t , is it matter?

we only use BLANK() if we want to create a dynamic text field that will display values when something is selected or sliced. If there is no selection we want to have it blank. For the date dimension table we are creating a table from scratch that needs to be always available which is why we don't have a blank.
