Jupyter Notebook Error [404 Not Found Error]

Hello,

When I try to create a new python file in Jupyter Notebook, it throws the "Error 404, Not Found" error. I have installed and uninstalled Anaconda several times but the problem still persists. Could you please help me with resolving this because all other courses use Jupyter Notebook for coding...
