isfiltered can not understand it
the isfiltered is not well explanin, when to use it, and am i using it and what is the purpose

this is a function that returns Yes or No when a filter is applied, meaning that if you have a Filter with colors red, green, blue, this function will return True when you have used the filter or False when you have not. Then you can build measures that will work based off a specific condition, for example when a filter has been applied the measure will calculate x, when the filter is not applied it will return y.
