excel is requiring for a password

HELLO Ned ! very nice to contact with you here : ), i was trying to open an excel file  "EXCERCISE-FIND AND REPLACE-FORMULAS" from advanced excel course. But is says that the file has been protected

I might be making  a small stupid mistake as well , Please help me out.

Probably the issue is not that the file is protected. I think you are trying to replace numbers or strings that Excel is not able to find in the selected range. Please feel free to send a screenshot of what you want to replace.
