Column C of the database sheet? Am I to use countif per country in Europe to get the number of incoming transfer?

i have calculated the number of incoming  and outgoing transfers using

count and sum respectively. 

find below a screen shot of the data base sheet showing some cells as zero , it also showed that its total club compensation, i have gone through the review again so as to derive a formula for the compensation, i dont think the info on the club compensation is complete, kindly advise

you are yet to answer my question, i thought of getting  an averge transfer fee using the number of incoming and outgoing players per country . the issue is that it will give an average, and the guide is asking for incoming and outgoing transfer fee.

i have reviewed the notes, i am yet to see an information that will help in deriving a formula, kindly advise
