about microsoft excel,how can i open microsoft excel in my laptop ,there is no excel in my laptop

Excel is a paid software and you need to install it on your machine to be able to open Excel files.
Please find a microsoft vendor who sells Microsoft Office in your area and try to purchase a license. They have some one-off and subscription options.
