Resolved: Doubt in Confidence intervals. Two means. Independent samples (Part2)

Hey team,
I had doubt in this lectures final inference. Since here we are not taking any price difference between LA and NY apples, how can we say that NY apples are more costlier as compared to LA one's from the final confidence interval.
