(Display, Current Page and All Visuals) of added bookmark

I don't understand what is meant by (Display, Current Page and All Visuals) related to each created bookmark.

This asks you how to apply a specific bookmark. Should it affect all visuals i.e. show/hide visuals when a bookmark is selected. Then does this bookmark carry out actions on the current page only
