Visualizing DCF: Understanding financial projections through charts
In question 11 we are asked to calculate present value of terminal value of Donte. But in solutions we just calculated the terminal value at 2028 and not discounted it to the present. That widespread mistake which Ned talked about in lectures because he used to make it too :)

They just found out the Terminal Value and did not discount it back to the Present Value.
