DCF Valuation exam

I am confused with the exam score. Question 11 ask us to calculate present value of terminal value so it should be 35m instead of the answer 45m (which is only terminal value but not discounted yet). In question 12, they ask about enterprise value and the solution also say that present value of terminal value is 35m. Can anyone check it for me.
