Confidence Interval

You mentioned that "A 95% confidence interval would imply that we are 95% confident that the true population mean falls within the confidence interval" I read somewehere that that is actually a misconception.

The book I read says that "The confidence level is NOT the probability that the true value is within the interval. It's about the reliability of the estimation process."
