3 certificate obtained before new platform 365 . all showing "certificate not found" .. why?

in Power BI / Introduction to Power BI

I got 3 certificates on completion of the Tableau, Power BI, and Excel course before the new platform but the same has not been shown in my account. Please do the needful.imageimage image
