U should have calculated the (SUM) of values (Volumes , Gross Sales , Net Sales , etc) , but in ur Pivot table the (COUNT) of these values are showen . U should click on the (Values) Field at the right side of the sheet , then select the last option (Values Field Settings) , then click the (SUM) not (COUNT) . Good Luck !
