The f5 doesn't work. what other options can be used?

I tried to practice the 'find and select cells that meet specific conditions' and the f5 function key didn't work. Help please!

This works only the desktop version of Excel. When you use the F5 function it will take you to a menu where you should see special at the bottom left corner.

Try pressing Fn+ F5 and see if that helps

"CTRL + G' works on mac but it says "this can't be done on multiple range selection" I can I solve this ?

Hi,

If clicking F5 alone doesn't work,

It means that by default, the function keys are locked and Esc key is enabled.

That means we have to press fn key + F5 +Enter to solve this..

Or to unlock the function key,

We can press fn + esc keys to unlock function keys.

By doing this, we can use just F5 + Enter keys to work as intended.
