Size of GPT-4 Parameters and the image is misleading. Or Am i wrong?

I might be incorrect in that case sincere apology. But as per me as taught in the video at 1:19 time, the comparison of the number of parameters wise and graphic image comparison of GPT-3 and GPT-4. OpenAi had publically released the parameters number of GPT-3. But, they hadn't released the parameter size of GPT-4. This leads to guessing it and some media sources claimed it to be 1 Trillion based on insider information. But we know nothing for sure. The graphic used is a viral graphic, which has not just been used in the case of GPT-3 and GPT-4 but even with the claim of GPT-5.
