Selling Expenses such as Advertising aren't considered as Period Costs , but rather as Product Costs ?? , thanks in advance

Hi Ahmed,
Actually selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A) are examples of periodic costs.
These do not relate to the production process and are therefore expensed in the period they occur.
