Please could you comment on my P-value understanding below?

Dear Author,

First of all, thank you very much for such a nice video presentation. But I have doubt below on exercise file.

So, the p-value is 0.038, right? we rejected the H0 "= program does not work" at all SL's, but 1%. So is the "1%" mean the following idea?:
"1% of those who employ the weight-loss program may not lose weight" - is, this correct?

Hi, Timur.

Fellow student here. I think that's one way to put it. I would personally prefer to say that "There is 3.8% chance that those who do the training program may not lose weight." 3.8% for a more accurate number, the p-value.
