Not able to open any of the Downloads.

When I took the test I was not able to view the exel sheet that you provided. I have a new windows computer that uses edge and I think that it is not compatible with your downloads not sure what I am doing wrong any help would be great thanks for the great videos. Evertime I try and open the download it creates a duplicate.
