Is it possible to "accept" the Null Hypothesis ?

By checking the hypothesis do we either "reject it" or "not rejected", or do we "reject it" or "accept it", because in the example in the video, it says reject the hypothesis or accept it, which I think is not quite right. also the example in the video of the salary from glassdoor states that H0 is the mean is equal to 113000$ and H1 is the mean is different from 113000$, but in the Quiz, the right answer is to take the opposite of what you are trying to prove, as H0, which I think is the right way to do H0, and that also confirms that when you pose a H0 you can reject it but you can not confirm it (accept it)
