Please ensure that the files you download have an extension *.ipynb. If the file extensions have been removed for some reasons, please add them to the filename.
Here's an example of a file name that should be easily uploaded into and started from the Jupyter Notebook:
Understanding Numbers and Boolean Values.ipynb
