How likely sample variance bigger or smaller than population variance?
- In this lesson, we've been taught that sample variance is bigger than population variance, then this get me thinking if this always the case, like 100% always. So I did some googling, and found that people been asked these similar questions but totally opposite views, which confuse me even more:
