Course not moving forward.

Question

Hi, I have completed the Introduction to excel course and the window shows 100% completion, I gave the test and passed the test. It doesn't let me move forward. It is repeating the intro to excel course for me. Please tell me what to do and how to reach the next chapter.

Can you please share a screenshot of this issue?
I don't completely understand the issue. Were you not able to receive your certificate or start another course?

Yes I did not receive the certification for Intro to excel!

Hi Jahnavi,
You should be able to find the certificate under the 'Certificates' tab in the main menu. I can see it was issued to you in your profile:
