CAN'T TAKE CAREER TRACK DURING FREE ACCESS

Hi, I have completed all required and elective courses exams for  Financial Analyst track but I can't take the Final Exam (it requires upgrading plan while I'm accessing during the Free Access 15 days).
Please recheck if this is a system error or a restriction of the free access plan.
