At the previous lesson, he said you can use a p-value calculator. There are many at the internet.
You could use the information provided at the exercises, and calculate the p-value from there. In this case, the data is:
Test statistic (T-score): 0.53
Sample size: 10
One sided test
With that, you´ll obtain the same p-value
