Where did the Decimals come from?

in Introduction to Excel / Use Sumif to Complete the Database Sheet

Where did the decimals come from since the source sheets did not have any and diferent places after the decimal?

Hi,

it was different formatting. In Y2016 to 2018 decimals were hidden.
