Unable to separate the arguments

Hey Guys

As you can see in the photo attached, I did the same as what has been suggested in the video. The argument separator in my excel is comma, and I used that too to separate positive, negative, zeros and texts in this custom formatting, but it doesn't work. Any ideas????
