The Playback API request failed for an unknown reason
Hello 365 team,
Non of the videos are playing. I've tried different browsers and different devices but still get this message:
"The Playback API request failed for an unknown reason."
I've tried watching the other course videos as well but they are not playing either.
Please help, so we can take advantage of the free weekend.
