revenue field missing

Did you select all data when you created a pivot table, please? You can see that by checking the data source once you select the pivot table.

Yes I have selectes all the data.Year,Type,Product group,Producer,Code,Volume,Cost per unit,Price per unit; these are all the fields available in the data.

I had been working with the excel file from 'Editing a Pivot Table', which had no no Revenue field but the file in 'Adjusting a Pivot table' has the Revenue field. I suggest you add the Revenue field in all the initial video resources as well.

Please multiply Volume * Price per unit to obtain Revenue and then create the pivot table. That should help.
