RelatedTable, when counting the rows

Question

Everything is clear but I wonder!
Why does power PI count Rows (using GROUP BY)? we didn't tell power BI to GROUP BY

is GROUP BY implicit in the Formula?

Because of the way DAX works, it is using the primary/foreign key relationship and based off that it is making a group by for the aggregated results
