Power Bi Installation Setup Failed

I uninstalled an old PowerBi Desktop, I downloaded a 2022 updated PowerBi but won't install successfully.
I was prompted to install the microsoft.net framework, and while at it I got "SETUP failed" tried different instructions I found online but non seems to work.
