MACROS blocked due to suspicious detection of untrusted source

in Introduction to Excel / Ordering the Source Worksheet

Hi 365!, I downloaded the resources for the excel but opening P&L file displays a message that Microsoft has blocked Macros as the source of the file is untrusted. Should I worry?
