So what the difference between total sales amount and Salesamount ALL, isn`t total sales amount already took all the sales for all countries ?

We are creating an additional context for the currencies here. The default SalesAmount is just a SUM of Total Sales whilst this measure contains the ALL operator.
for what we need the ALL operator in this?
