Financial Aid to Study

Please note that i was unable to fully take advantage of the free period for the financial courses because of inability to afford electricity and data charges. Now that i have been able to get some electricity and some data, i am unable to fully access the courses anymore. Feeding and accomodation is also a big challenge for me currently, and yet i need to proceed with these courses somehow but i definitely cannot afford the upgrade.

Is there any financial aid to keep up with this studies that might be on offer somewhere?
