I am unable to retake my final exam after the first attempt.

Thank you for reaching out!
To retake an exam you have to watch 30 more minutes of the course content. If you have already gone through the whole course, then try to watch again the parts that are most difficult for you. This aims to help students revise the most challenging parts of the course before sitting the exam again.
Once you have reached at least 30 minutes, the exam will be unlocked and you will be able to take it again.
