Certificate of Intropduction To Excel
i have watched all videos properly and attempted the exam but during exam the excel files were not working properly due to which i checked randomly kindly give me the certificate i have completed the course please

You can obtain a certificate only if you pass the exam. You have multiple attempts, so even if you have failed the first time, you still have a chance to get the certificate.
In order to retake the exam you have to go back to the course and watch at least 30 more minutes of the lessons. Then you will be able to sit the exam again.
