Capex depreciation

Hi! Shouldn't we account depreciation of actual capex in years 2021 and 2022 for the forecast period? Since actual expenditures are also depreciated in 10 years, it seems that, for example, capex made in 2022 affect the balance sheet till 2031. Isn't it?
