Resolved: Black Screen on Remote Desktop
I am getting a black screen on the Remote Desktop. Sometimes I am getting error 0x108. Can you please assist me as I am unable to even start the course.

We couldn't connect to the remote PC because the session couldn't be established in time. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance.
Error code: 0x108
Please try rebuilding it, the only feedback on this error we have received from other students is that rebooting the instance is able to fix the problem.
