Alt + Enter Doesn't work in Windows Excel(now got it where issue was)

Question

Tried several times to try "ALT + Enter" but doesn't work except for a system sound.
Don't know where things went wrong but tried restarting using Office Professional Plus 2019 version

So why face this issue
My row Height was predefined to 14.5 which caused issues during sum(like I can't select the exact upper box where I applied my fx so that I changed to 15 after that selecting fx possible but that Heigth selected restrict Alt + ENTER)

Good to hear from you!
For some PCs you need to use the Fn key too. So it become Fn+ Alt + Enter (that's quite uncomfortable in my opinion).
