Is there a way to upload files using ChatGPT 3.5? It doesn't seem possible to do the exercises in this course without upgrading to ChaptGPT 4 which is a $20/month subcription (and just for the sake of completing the exercises is a bit much)

I totally understand. Unfortunately there isn't a way to access GPT4 wihtout the subscription. With GPT3.5 you don't have access to the data analysis tool :/ Later on this year we will try to do something about that, but for now I can't offer a practical solution.
