The basic concepts of Python were understandable and well-versed. I have understood all the topics. It would be great 'Martin Ganchev' sir if you teach us Advance Python in the Jupyter notebook.

Yes sir, I am currently doing the above course, but some of the topics such as Lambda, decorators etc. are not covered in it. What about that part?

The reason why you cannot complete your course and attempt the course exam to receive your certificate is because currently, you are subscribed to the free version of the program. Unfortunately, the free plan has only a limited number of video lectures available from each course and exams and certificates are not available. To earn course and career track certificates, you need to be subscribed to the monthly, quarterly or annual plan. Regardless of the subscription plan you choose, you will gain full access to all premium features of the program.
