Hi Kelvin,
Sorry for this issue. Is it perhaps a problem with your connection?
We'll try to get this issue solved by changing the video player the platform uses.
Best,
Ned

Hi kelvin!

Great to have you in the course and thanks for reaching out!

Thank you for your email!
We are sorry that you are still experiencing this issue. Our developer team has looked into the problem. If you set your video quality option to 720p the videos will be much clearer and you should not experience the problem anymore.
If this doesn't help and you continue to experience this issue, could you please provide us with some additional detailsHere's what would help:

  • A detailed description of the issue. If possible, make sure your summary reflects what the problem is and where it is
  • How the issue happened. If you can, please describe the individual steps that led to the issue. This will help our developers replicate the issue
  • What browser you are using. Is it a desktop issue or a mobile issue?
  • Bonus: a screenshot! As we know, a picture is worth a thousand words

Thank you so much for your help and support.

Hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Martin

I've also had the same issue of blurry text for months.  I've just now selected 720p (instead of auto) and the issue seems to be resolved.

TBH, I had already told some people NOT to try 365 Data Science because of the blurry text issue.  Maybe you should mention how to fix blurry text in a general FAQ section.

Still blurry- this is why I am not subscribing for another year. It's a pain to squinch to see what the formula is.

Hi Won-Na Cha!

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are two things you can do to improve the quality of your videos.

First, double-check the internet connection you are using. Is it powerful enough to maintain watching an HD video?

Second, please try deactivating all extensions of your browser while watching the video since there are extensions that may influence the quality of the video your are playing. Or, try using another browser.

Finally, if the issue persists, please contact team@365datascience.com by sending a screenshot of your browser with an open console or Network tab. This would help us assist you better.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Martin

Hi Dhiraj!
Thanks for reaching out.

We never upload videos with bad quality. We do believe blurry videos on your end are just a matter of a technical issue.

Therefore, can you please provide specific examples so that we can examine the issue and see if there's any issue with the upload of that specific (type of) video?
Thank you very much!

Looking forward to your reply.
Best,
Martin

Hi Martin,

I have seen this in many videos, though can't recall them as I'm on learning spree.

But I found one such instance on this video. Check this video from 1:50 seconds to 2:15 seconds https://learn.365financialanalyst.com/courses/corporate-finance/cost-of-debt/
