I diligently completed the chosen course, but unfortunately, I was unable to access the final exam to obtain the certification. Has anyone else encountered the same issue or have any advice to help me resolve this?

Hi Fadila,
Could you please describe what happened? We have unlocked final exams and you should be able to see the exam in the Exam page under Certification. You can also access the exam in the course-taking experience - it is at the bottom of the page. Please describe what impeded you from taking the exam and provide any relevant screenshots. Thanks!
