Ragrding Course Exam

Dear Professor Krastev 

On the Course exam(Question 12), there is a typo in the Excel file Alpha.xlxs :

Shares outstanding should be 1,200,000 which is 120,000 in the excel file. 

Also, In Question 15, if I am not mistaken it should be the same as the practice exam calculating the Adjusted EV, However, you did not take into account the 30% Trade Payables deductible.
